I’m not really given the chance to thank people in the books so I’m going to do my thank yous here. Just because I can’t do it in the actual book, doesn’t mean I can’t thank the people I need to thank, right? Hayaan niyo na ko sa kahibangan ko.

So, here’s my list:

to my parents and siblings who didn’t scratch their heads or give me hell when I told them I wanted to become a writer, and for always supporting my eccentricities;

to Kat and Ching, who will read whatever it is I place under their noses just because I wrote it;

to my friends at NE who are more excited about my books than I am, thanks for the support: my roommate (sounding board and beta reader) xxxtin, Allan and my “manager”, ate Epang (hihihi). I miss all of you;

to my publisher, Bookware Publishing, Inc., and my editor, Miss Apple, for accepting my crazy ideas;

to my fellow Bookware authors and future authors, Yumi, Aira, Jean Mae, Hannah, Edith, Carla, Louise Dane, Leira, Alets, Sharon and Bernice, and all the other MSV authors, thank you for your friendship. You ladies are a huge inspiration to me;

and to the people who buy my books, read my stories, and leave me messages, thank you for inspiring me to do what I do. Thank you very, very much.

I also owe big, big thank yous to the following people who will probably not know that I am thankful to them:

to my favorite authors, Nora Roberts, Sherrilyn Kenyon, Stephenie Meyer, Judith McNaugt and Linda Howard, whose works I love, and whose writing styles have influenced mine and whose stories touched me deeply;

to the bands/artists who are constantly playing in my iTunes, for sharing their music and helping me weave my stories;

and to God Almighty, with whom anything is possible.
