Parang joke lang ang assignment ni Apollo Marasigan. E-escort-an lang niya ang adopted daughter ng isang heneral. Kasabay niyon, magiging resource person din siya nito dahil romance writer ang dalaga at nagre-research para sa ginagawa nitong nobela. Ganoon lang; walang ka-thrill-thrill kung tutuusin.
Inasahan na niyang magiging matanong si Quinn Cardenas, ang subject niya, pero hindi in-expect na mag-e-enjoy siyang sagutin ang mga tanong na iyon, kahit pa medyo personal na ang iba. Naging magkaibigan sila at unti-unti, na-realize niyang nanganganib na ang kaligtasan ng dog tag niya. Kahit alam niyang bawal ma-in love sa kanyang subject, iyon na yata ang nararamdaman niya.
Ngunit dagling napawi ang tuwa niya nang ipagtapat ng babae kung sino talaga ito: cover lang nito ang pagiging writer at ginagamit siya nito para imbestigahan ang Sentinels Securities….

TRIVIA:
- I’ve had a Sentinel named Apollo for a while but I got the surname Marasigan from Mayor Ibarra Marasigan, a character from PETA Theater’s play, Noli at Fili Dekada 2000. I’ve already used the surname Ibarra in a series.
- This is the first manuscript ever than I finished that the heroine didn’t have a name. I changed her name four times during the course of writing the manuscript and only settled for the name Quinn after I’ve already done my pre-editing edits.
- Apollo is Edith Joaquin’s character, Heracles Marasigan’s brother. We were on hour 8 of a ten-hour trip to Baguio City when I said I saw Apollo’s surname in my travel-copy of her book and she just blinked and said that the character’s name is Heracles Marasigan. So we decided that they should be brothers.
- Apollo made his debut appearance in Sentinels 5: Dark Warrior. He piloted the helicopter that brought the Sentinels to Nueva Vizcaya.
- As of 2012, Apollo is the youngest Sentinel.
- Johan Villareal, Valiant Love’s Jacob’s brother, makes his debut appearance in this book.
- Apollo’s field handle is Phoebus, as the Greek god Apollo is named “Phoebus Apollo”.
- Apollo’s cover modeil is Gerald Anderson.

wow hinanap niya talaga! medyo lumamang sa hanapan si mac ha kasi si mac nakita talaga siya sa hospital twice pa then kilala pa niya si bryce. pero si bryce parang medyo hindi pa ganun ka-conscious dahil recovering pa tapos hindi niya kilala si mac hmmmm
request lang naman ms. elise kung carry lang naman ng schedule mo hehehe baka puwede mo isulat as outtake yung hinanap ni bryce si mac? hehe i guess maraming fans who will enjoy reading that. i just wonder kung nasan si mac while bryce was looking for him and naiisip niya kaya si bryce during those times. (uy kinilig ako sa thought na yun! haha)
by the way, i was able to read yung outtake mo about russel and kenneth (which i realized after reading the whole thing that you wrote that almost a year ago haha) sobrang tawa ako! madalas kasi si russel ang nang-googood time nung time na yun siya ang naisahan hehehehe
Nasimulan ko na sulat ‘yon eh hehe hopefully sipagin ako matapos. Basta nagpasama si Bryce sa mga pinsan niya papuntang Coronado, hoping na makita niya si Mac sa base or sa bars na malapit sa base. Si Riley ang nakilala niya wehehe I’ll post it if and when nasulat ko. Sana masulat ko.
