Lalo niyang napatunayan ang hinalang iyon nang makilala si Cedric. Unang beses na nginitian siya nito, she could not help being attracted to his gorgeous dimples. Guwapo, halatang mabait na anak at kapatid, talented, matalino… ideal guy niya ito. And the best part was, he seemed to like her, too.
Saka naman nagsimulang umakto nang kakatwa si Albert–para itong nobyong nagseselos kay Cedric.
And Daphne found herself feeling confused….

Trivia:
- The models for Cedric and Daphne are Twilight actors Jackson Rathbone and Ashley Greene.
- I wrote the book at the height of my Twilight addiction, so the car scenes and the “meadow” scene are reminiscent of scenes from Twilight.
- Their second names are also Twilight-related. Marie, Daphne’s second name, is also Isabella Swan’s second name, and, well, I don’t need to explain Cedric Edward, do I?
- This book is the only book that I wrote that actually had a soundtrack.
- The original title is “Pangalawa sa Puso Mo“.

Hi, Ms. Elise Estrella! This book is one of my favourite Tagalog romance novels. I really love the protagonists. I also love the soundtrack that you put together for it. I’d just like to point out something that I’ve noticed–and I don’t know if it’s coincidental or not–about Cedric Edward Saavedra.
Robert Pattinson played CEDRIC Diggory in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and EDWARD Cullen in The Twilight Saga.
Cedric Diggory was a heartthrob. He was part of a love triangle: the Harry-Cho-Cedric triangle.
Edward Cullen was another heartthrob who could read minds, which could be referenced in Cedric Saavedra’s being a professor of Psychology, and play the piano, which could be referenced in how Cedric S. was the pianist at his sister’s wedding.
Whether they are deliberate references or not, I LOVED THEM. Thank you for writing such a wonderful novel! ?
Hello, Sarah! You got me! haha Yes, Ced was named after Cedric Diggory and Edward Cullen. When I was writing this they just announced that Robert Pattinson was going to play Edward Cullen in the Twilight movie. I loved him in the Goblet of Fire, and I was thrilled that he’d be the one to play Edward. I’m a huge Twilight and Harry Potter fan
I was also writing a Cedric Diggory fanfic at the time so you could say that was the height of my Robert Pattinson obsession (my laptop is named Cedric Edward Robert. Seriously.)
Ced could “read” minds and play the piano because of Edward, and some of the car scenes and the Taal Lake view scenes are also inspired by Twilight.
Now, the love triangle part, that one was not deliberate haha I just noticed that when you pointed it out.
