- woke up at… hmm, 7? Jette was already having breakfast. Tinkered with Ced for a while before eating. Figured out that the problem with the Internet was with Ced’s LAN card so I reinstalled the driver and got connected. Worked for a bit, then showered before Jette comes back after the mass.
- had lunch at COSCA. Also watched the marching band practice for the parade the next day [today]. There was supposed to be games but it got canceled for a reason (the venue was being used for the practice). Had a cold so I popped a allergy pill during lunch and was drowsy by 2 p.m. Stayed at Jette’s office alternately trying to fight Morpheus and beating Acheron (my iPod) in chess.
- Jette took me home so I could work/write. She had a meeting at 7 p.m. so had to go back to school. I think I dozed for about 30 minutes before switching Ced on and writing. Added another chapter to my manuscript (still need 10K for NaNoWriMo), and finished work.
- Jette cooked dinner, another yummy pasta dish with fish cooked in red wine. After clearing away the dishes, went back to bed to write. Harvested iPod apps while Jette wrote.
- Dropped like a rock at a little past eleven.
Today, there’s supposed to be a parade but it’s raining really, really heavily. We’re hoping that it stops by 11 pr 12 so we can go out, stay at the boulevard for lunch and get a good place to watch.
